These terms and conditions regulate the Agreement between "you" the customer and Objex & dezire. (hereinafter referred to as "Objex & dezire"). By purchasing from our store you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

By placing an order with Objex & dezire you agree to purchase the goods detailed within that order, which Objex & dezire may or may not accept at their sole discretion.

You agree that all details you provide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own.

If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform Objex & dezire as soon as possible.

A Contract between the store guest and Objex & dezire, for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been a ccepted, processed and despatched.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. If the goods you have purchased are Out of stock, you will be notified of an estimated delivery date.

However, Objex & dezire assume no duty to update such information and cannot guarantee that it will be fault-free. Objex & dezire does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions in the presentation of goods on the web site and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods and products at any time. Objex & dezire will, however, do its best to correct any errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of them. The colours and dimensions of the products portrayed on the site are merely there as a guide. We strive to portray the products as we can to the actual colour ways, but we have no control over your personal computer and its settings

Unfortunately, because of the nature of selling via the Internet and product variability, we cannot guarantee that the product colours will be of an exact likeness as seen or as described. Although we strive to portray images in a realistic light, slight colour variations may occur.

RETURNS POLICY

We will issue a store credit note for the value of the goods for all returned items. We do not offer refunds. If you wish to return any items purchased online at www.objexanddezire.com.au please follow the following steps:

1. If you wish to return an item, you must notify your intention to return it, in writing, within 7 working days. The item(s) must then be returned within 14 days of invoice date. 2. All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition. 3. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way.
